01

Using Cindy

These terms govern use of Cindy’s public website and CRM, provided by the operator identified below. By using Cindy on behalf of a business or agency, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Cindy supports lead management, business communications, booking, and reporting. Availability depends on configuration and the features enabled for your account. Examples on the marketing site are illustrative. Estimated booked value is not collected revenue, and using Cindy does not guarantee leads, appointments, or business results.

If your organization has a separate written agreement with Cindy’s operator, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Any applicable pricing and payment terms are those separately agreed for your service.

02

Business and agency accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and assign access only to authorized people. Business administrators are responsible for their workspace settings, team permissions, and information entered into Cindy. Contact team@usecindy.com if you believe an account has been misused.

Agencies must have permission from each client to access and manage its workspace, connected accounts, and customer information. Keep those permissions current and stop accessing a client’s information when your authority ends.

03

Connected accounts and integrations

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Enabling an integration authorizes Cindy to perform the actions required by the features you choose, within the permissions you grant. Review account selections and actions carefully, especially changes that affect advertising campaigns, spending, or outbound communications.

Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, availability, and charges. Their changes or outages may affect Cindy features. Revoking access may stop connected features; it does not automatically delete information already imported into Cindy.

Meta campaign reporting and management, lead-form delivery, and Facebook and Instagram messaging are planned features still being built. Their description here is not a promise of availability or a claim of Meta approval, partnership, or certification.

04

Customer information and communications

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize Cindy and the service providers needed for enabled features to process that information to operate the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and to contact the people whose details you manage.

You are responsible for applicable notices, consent, message content, opt-out handling, and the instructions you give Cindy. Respect requests to stop communications. Do not upload information you are not permitted to share.

Review important transcripts, AI responses, campaign actions, and bookings. AI output can be inaccurate. Cindy is not an emergency service; route emergencies to appropriate emergency responders.

05

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Cindy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity, or for unsolicited spam.
  • Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your authority, or access another business’s data without permission.
  • Do not bypass security or access controls, extract credentials, introduce malware, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use integrations to evade the connected provider’s rules or permissions.

06

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cindy and contact team@usecindy.com to request account closure. Any separate subscription or service agreement governs applicable cancellation and payment obligations.

Cindy may restrict or end access when needed to address unauthorized access, misuse, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Ending access or closing an account is separate from deletion of stored information. Use the data deletion instructions if you also want information removed.

07

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our privacy policy explains the information Cindy processes and the providers involved. For questions about these terms or your account, contact team@usecindy.com.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current revision. A separate written agreement continues to apply according to its own terms.
