Cindy LLC is committed to making usecindy.com, our app and the booking pages we host usable by people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we are working on
As we build and update Cindy, we work to:
- Consider accessibility when we design new pages and features.
- Use clear headings, readable text, enough color contrast and labels on forms and buttons.
- Support keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- Test pages and fix issues as we find them.
Recorded calls in the app come with a written transcript.
Known limits
Some parts of Cindy may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Content from third parties, and pages or content that businesses create with Cindy, may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve the parts we control.
